Abbi Pulling British

SUPPORTED BY Alpine

Joining W Series midway through the 2021 campaign, she returned for a follow-up campaign the next year where she secured P4 in the Standings.

Becoming a full-time member of the Alpine Academy in 2023, she earned seven podiums in F1 ACADEMY and a top five finish last year. Abbi will now be hunting further success as she returns to the series with Rodin Motorsport, backed by Alpine.

Doriane Pin French

SUPPORTED BY Mercedes

Nicknamed ‘the Pocket Rocket’, Doriane Pin’s ambitions are sky-high as she looks to go one better than her Vice Champion title last season.

Supported by the Iron Dames, Pin had a meteoric rise in endurance racing. A breakthrough year in 2022 saw her dominate the Ferrari Challenge Europe Series, winning nine out of 14 races alongside achieving victory at the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps.

Jumping up to the World Endurance Championship LMP2 category in 2023, the French driver handled the pressure with ease, becoming the first woman to win the coveted ‘Revelation of the Year’ Award. Trying her hand at single-seaters, Pin scored wins in the Formula 4 South East Asian and UAE Championships, finishing second overall in the South East Asian series.

Pin wasted no time becoming the first winner of the 2024 F1 ACADEMY season with a controlled drive on debut in Jeddah. The Mercedes junior was the biggest challenger to Abbi Pulling’s title quest, scoring three victories and five further podiums, helping PREMA Racing to retain their Teams’ title.

Keeping her racing skills sharp, the 21-year-old will be dove-tailing her sophomore campaign with a return to the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine and select rounds of the Formula Regional Middle East Championship.

Maya Weug Dutch

SUPPORTED BY Scuderia Ferrari

Looking to take the Prancing Horse to new heights in 2025, Maya Weug will want to be a force to be reckoned with after her third-place finish last season.

Born in Spain but racing once again under the Dutch flag, Weug was crowned Vice Champion in the 2015 Spanish Karting Championship and more silverware came quickly as Weug triumphed in the 2016 WSK Final Cup in the 60 Mini category.

Five years later, she wrote her name into the history books when she won the inaugural FIA Girls on Track – Rising Stars programme and became the first female driver to be inducted into the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy.

Progressing up to single-seaters, she brought home points in her debut Italian and German F4 campaigns, finishing seventh in the Italian series’ Rookies Cup. Participating in the 2023 Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine season, she secured one rookie victory alongside several top 10 finishes.

Racing for Ferrari in the Italian outfit’s legendary red colour scheme, the 20-year-old fought hard last season, taking her long-awaited maiden single-seater win in Race 3 at Yas Marina alongside an additional seven podiums. Now teaming up with compatriots MP Motorsport, Weug will look to take all the wisdom she’s gained from 2024 and turn it into a 2025 title charge.

Marta García Spanish

Marta García began her career in karts and took titles including the CIK-FIA Karting Academy Trophy and the Trofeo delle Industrie, both coming in 2015. From there, the Spaniard graduated to car racing in Spanish F4 in 2016 and was a regular points scorer in the series. Campaigns in W Series followed, and she will now line up in PREMA Racing colours in F1 Academy.

Amna Al Qubaisi Emirati

SUPPORTED BY RB(Red Bull)

Starting in karting in 2014, Amna Al Qubaisi put in promising performances in the Rotax Max Challenge World Finals, X30 Euro Series and Italian X30 Championships. Graduating to Italian F4 in 2018, the now 23-year-old has also competed in F4 UAE, F3 Asian and the Formula Regional European Championships.

Teaming up with her sister Hamda at MP Motorsport in F1 ACADEMY, Al Qubaisi scored two wins on her way to sixth in the standings and returns for her sophomore campaign this year, representing RB.

Bianca Bustamante Filipino

SUPPORTED BY McLaren

Although she’s got a dark horse emblazoned on her helmet, it’s no secret that Bianca Bustamante means business. Becoming the first female driver to be welcomed into the McLaren Racing Driver Development Programme, the 19-year-old intends to light up the track for the British team, racing with ART Grand Prix this season.

From the moment Bustamante first sat in a kart aged three, the Filipina racer felt right at home. After earning multiple karting championship titles, including back-to-back success in the JR Asian Karting Open Championship and Petron Blaze 100 IAME Series Philippines in 2018 and 2019, the call of single seaters beckoned. A maiden W Series campaign three years later saw her take home the top rookie honours.

Joining F1 Academy for the inaugural 2023 season with PREMA Racing, she showed off her racing chops. Securing two wins in Valencia and Monza along with a further two podium finishes, Bustamante finished seventh overall in the Drivers’ Standings.

Hamda Al Qubaisi Emirati

SUPPORTED BY Red Bull Racing

The highest-placed returning driver from the 2023 F1 Academy season, Hamda Al Qubaisi will have her sights set on the title after her top three finish as she prepares to represent Red Bull Racing this year, driving for MP Motorsport.

After four years in karting, the Emirati racer moved up to Italian F4, following it up with three wins on home soil in F4 UAE, culminating in a P4 finish in the standings. Alongside participating in the all-woman’s FIA F3 test in 2022, she competed in the Formula Regional European and Asian Championships.

Chloe Chambers American

SUPPORTED BY Red Bull Ford

Narrowly missing out on a top-five spot in the Drivers’ Standings last year, Chloe Chambers is back for more in 2025, as she teams up with Red Bull Ford for her second F1 ACADEMY campaign.

Jumping into single-seaters in 2021 for the F4 United States Championship, Chambers moved to W Series for 2022 before broadening her racecraft by driving in the 2023 Porsche Sprint Challenge North America. That same year, the American broke new ground in the Castrol Toyota Formula Regional Championship — becoming the Championship’s first female polesitter and winner and earning her the accolade of ‘Most Improved Driver’ from the series.

Unafraid to go wheel-to-wheel, Chambers showed she had what it takes to fight it out at the front in F1 ACADEMY. Driving her way to a maiden victory in Barcelona Race 2 after a lightning getaway, the 20-year-old went on to score three further podium finishes.

Holding the Guinness World Record for the fastest vehicle slalom, she’ll be eager to set new personal bests as she remains part of the Campos Racing trio.
